Came in St Andrews to explore new places, this apartment was lovely base for making it happen. Location was marvellous, a 5-minute ride to The Scores.

This place had a spacious apartment with three good-sized bedrooms upstairs, and the kitchen appliances like fridges, a kettle, and an oven worked well during my stay.

The property was bright and modern, with lovely bedrooms. The welcome basket was a nice touch. The location was excellent, with a small garden. The house was equipped with all amenities and had free parking and Wi-Fi. The beds were comfortable and there was a good TV with access to iPlayer and Sky Sports. Having a bath and shower, as well as two toilets, was convenient for our family.

This place is clean and conveniently located near the center of town and was the perfect venue for our family's wedding with plenty of space.

The comfort of the beds and the bonus of sky TV were greatly appreciated by my whole family. The well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge freezer was a plus, and we were delighted to find a welcoming hamper upon arrival.

One small inconvenience was the large duvet cover that didn't fit the duvet, but it wasn't a major problem for us.

We had a great stay at this centrally located boutique house. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from a beautiful sandy beach and the charming old town. I stayed at Abbey Villa for a few days and it was perfect. The property was clean, fresh, and beautifully decorated. The sofa was incredibly comfortable, and the beds were just as cozy. The cleaning fee of £60 for one night seemed quite steep, especially since we were asked to strip the beds before leaving. The check-out time of 10am was also too early, considering the price per night.
